It's the middle of pecan harvest, and has been going strong for about a week or more now with no rain/snow. It would be nice if it stayed that way for about another week so we could get it done.
This is the shaker, really cool to watch. Each tree has to be shook, then the process begins.
I know what a weird picture for the picture of the day, but this is a big part of my life.
What a fun picture of the day. I remember when Isreal let me hop in and shake a tree. Notice I said "a tree" and not trees. I thought I was going to break the tree from the shaking. I'll be praying for great weather for the next week or so.
